Sure the Cardinals have Albert Pujols and Matt Holliday anchoring the batting order but make no mistake they win with pitching. With Chris Carpenter, Adam Wainwright, Brad Penny, Kyle Lohse and Jamie Garcia in the starting rotation they feel good about getting six good innings (at least) every night. The big question I have is with closer Ryan Franklin…can he do it again? We will see. I think the Cardinals will win the N.L. Central this season and I would bet on the over.
